This handmade Gnocchi & Garganelli pasta board has raised lines to texture gnocchi with the classic ridged shape that helps the sauces stick better to the pasta. The board is cut out of a single solid piece of Black Walnut face grain hardwood and is as functional as it is beautiful. Face grain allows for durability while showing off the beautiful natural figure of the wood.

Every board is 100% food safe, never using any dye or stain. Each board is finished with our signature blend of natural beeswax and mineral oils. This penetrates and protects the wood, and brings out the natural beauty of the wood grain.

Care information

This piece is finished with a blend of oils and waxes that are 100% food safe. To keep it in prime condition wipe with a damp cloth after each use and allow to dry thoroughly. Never submerge in water or use harsh cleaners.

From time to time, you will need to recondition the wood. We recommend our proprietary blend of wood wax for this purpose. Make sure your wood surface is clean and dry. Scoop a little of the wax and smear it all over the surface using a clean, lint free cloth. Allow to soak into the wood overnight. The next day wipe off any excess and lightly buff with a clean, lint free cloth.

With proper care, this piece will keep its natural beauty and last for many years to come.
